蘇寧易購超市，以輕松舒適的“家”作為設計方向，以木質元素和白色為設計語言。暖色燈光營造出溫暖而又文藝的情景。走進店里，顧客會有一種家的感覺，輕松自在，這也是蘇寧易購超市的核心所在。
蘇寧易購超市里有四個不同的“店中店”：蘇寧極物、蘇寧小店、蘇寧紅孩子和3C數碼區。
店內雖然通體是“白”木色極簡溫馨風，但處處隱藏著人性化的“黑”科技：
1、無人收銀：
便捷的支付方式更容易給顧客帶來幸福感。在傳統的收銀模式上，蘇寧易購超市融合了刷臉支付和易付寶掃碼支付等多種支付方式。只需把挑選好的物品進行自動掃描，就可以快速消費。
2、自動感應標簽
比如在蘇寧小店的水果售賣里，水墨化屏幕日常顯示的是這些水果的原產地、介紹等信息，但當你那些相應的水果時，水墨屏幕會及時顯示該水果的價格；
3、自動識別人臉：
頂部智能人流化監控，有效的記錄了客流等信息。
